Porting ISO Image Writer GUI to Kirigami

The current KDE ISO Image Writer has an outdated interface and lacks features like direct ISO downloads and other nice-to-have features. This proposal aims to Modernize the app using Kirigami for a responsive UI, integrate distribution repositories for direct ISO downloads, fix UI inconsistencies along with some nice to have features like a progress bar. Deliverables: A polished Kirigami-based UI. Backend support for downloading and writing ISOs. Pre-authentication and cross-platform improvements. Documentation and testing. The resulting port of ISO Image writer will be a more user-friendly tool for creating bootable USB drives across Linux, Windows, and macOS.
